ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US NO LATER THAN 2 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT, ANY SUBSEQUENT CLAIM CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

Return for defect or non-conformity

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product (not apply for damaged box in transit, only damages at the item counts), please let us know at info@poptoys.eu and we will immediately take action to resolve the issue:

• Send us photos of the wrong or damaged product with any notes
• Pack the Product you received as you received it so we can check

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, received the latest product.

If the withdrawal is due to personal reasons and not attributable to us You will be refunded (Once the product is received back) deducted from All shipping costs incurred and the costs for the return will be at your expense .

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform poptoys, with registered office in Rome, of your decision by sending an email to: info@poptoys.it following which you will receive an email confirming the exercise of the withdrawal, containing the instructions for returning the product.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the request before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, you will be reimbursed for the payments you have made, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days from when we receive your decision to withdraw. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you request a refund on a different means of payment, in which case any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment chosen by you will be at your expense. .

If you have received the product, please return it without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The direct costs for returning the goods will be borne by you. If you exercise the withdrawal through the site using the return service offered by the site, before confirming the withdrawal request you will be shown the transport cost for returning the goods.

You are responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
